We collect only the account and property-management data you enter to operate the service: your name and email, and the properties, tenants, leases, payments, expenses, maintenance tickets, and files you record.
Your data is used solely to provide RentHound's features to you. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except service providers required to run the app (hosting and, if you subscribe, payment processing via Stripe).
You can permanently delete your account and RentHound records from Account → Delete account in the app. Account and database records are removed immediately. Uploaded files are queued for automatic removal, normally within 24 hours, with automatic retries until complete.
